The merchant is obligated to fully refund the amount paid by the customer, without delay, no later than 14 calendar days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract;
In the event of withdrawal from a purchase agreement, the merchant has the right to refuse the refund until the goods are returned or until a document confirming shipment of the goods is received from the customer, except in cases where the merchant has itself undertaken to collect the goods;
The return conditions do not apply to goods or services whose price does not exceed 100 GEL.
Condition of the Item, Completeness, and Restrictions
The item’s flawless, original condition will be confirmed at the moment it is handed over to the company. Upon return, the customer will be fully reimbursed the amount paid for the item;
The item may only be returned with its full set of accessories and undamaged factory packaging.
The customer must return any gifts and/or other items received as part of a promotion running at the time of purchase.
If the aforementioned items/gifts are not returned, their value will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed to the customer;
Transportation and Logistics
The cost of transporting the item to the return point is covered by the customer;
After the company confirms the return form, the customer must deliver the equipment being returned to the desired address of the return point.
Payment Settlement Rules
The customer will be refunded using the same payment method originally used, to the account of the same person who made the payment transaction, within 10 business days of the product’s return (unless an additional agreement has been reached between the customer and the seller).
